Ride Choices
Rides are limited to 25 riders, and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the ride you request is filled up, we will try to accommodate you as best we can. 
Rides are subject to cancellation if there are 5 or less riders registered for the given ride.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Because of the nature of this particular sport, it must be understood by every participant that there are inherent dangers in riding ATVs. By signing this waiver, each individual takes upon himself personal responsibility for his/her own safety and wellbeing.
Each of us individually (and/or as parent and/or guardian of the named minor) do hereby release, remise, waive and forever discharge Bryce ATV Rally, Panguitch City, and its coordinators, sponsors and supporters, officers, agents, and employees from all liability for negligence, claims, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to loss, or damages and/or injuries, including death, which may result from my participation in the above named event within Garfield County.

I am aware that by participating there may be a risk of contracting COVID 19. I do hereby release, remise, waive and forever discharge any and all liability to Bryce ATV Rally, Panguitch City, and its coordinators, sponsors and supporters, officer, agents, and employees if as a result of my participation I should contract COVID-19 (Sars-CoV-2) including illness or death.
