Tryouts - March 11th and 12th

You will choose sizing for your students uniform. If they make the team you will be responsible to pay for the uniform prior to the first game of the season. All sizing must be chosen prior to the tryouts in order for them to be ordered.

To represent HighMark Charter School as an athlete a student must meet eligibility requirements as outlined in school policy.

Citizenship:
Attain and maintain satisfactory citizenship with no more than 2 Ns and no Us. The term report cards will be the basis for determining eligibility.

Academic:
Attain and maintain a 2.5 GPA or better with no Fs. 3rd quarter grades will determine eligibility.

Conduct:
An athlete may be removed from participation for any conduct that results in dishonor to the athlete, the team, or the school. Acts of unacceptable conduct, such as but not limited to fighting, theft, vandalism, disrespect, cheating, or violations of the law, tarnish the reputation of everyone associated with the athletic programs.

*Eligibility disputes/questions need to be addressed through administration.

Previous quarter academic and citizenship (unofficial report card) must be submitted.

YOU WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THE BELOW ORDER NOW. YOU WILL PAY IF YOUR STUDENT MAKES THE TEAM PRIOR TO THE FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON. THESE ARE APPROXIMENT PRICES & ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

IF YOU FILL OUT THIS FORM AFTER MARCH 11, 2024 THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR STUDENT WILL NOT GET THEIR UNIFORM BEFORE THE 1st GAME AND YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA SHIPPING COST.
