We understand things come up and you may need to cancel.Prior to June 1st, a full refund will be issued minus the transaction fee. From June 1st - June15th a refund of $25 will be issued. After June 15th, no refunds will be granted.Due to COVID we can cancel up until the event minus the transaction service fee and the cost of the T-shirt ($25), which we will be happy to mail to you.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

EVENT NAME: _Beaver Trails ATV Jamboree
EVENT DATE: July 11-14, 2023

Because of the nature of this particular sport, it must be understood by every participant that there are inherent dangers in riding ATVs. By signing this waiver, each individual takes upon himself personal responsibility for his/her own safety and wellbeing.

Each of us individually (and/or as parent and/or guardian of the named minor) do hereby release, remise, waive and forever discharge Tushar Mountain ATV Club, Beaver County, and its coordinators, sponsors and supporters, officers, agents, and employees from all liability for negligence, claims, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to loss, or damages and/or injuries, including death, which may result from my participation in the above named event within Beaver County.

I am aware that by participating there may be a risk of contracting COVID 19. I do hereby release, remise, waive and forever discharge any and all liability to Tushar Mountain ATV Club, Beaver County, and its coordinators, sponsors and supporters, officer, agents, and employees if as a result of my participation I should contract COVID-19 (Sars-CoV-2) including illness or death.

I authorize the Tushar Mountain ATV Club, Beaver County and its coordinators, to make pictures and sound recordings of myself and/or my child/children and use the same in any form for its purposes and consent that the pictures and recordings may be copied, published, telecast or broadcast, social media for such purposes as marketing and editorial statements. The Tushar Mountain ATV Club or Beaver County is not responsible for third party photographs.
