Introduction

Updated: June 27, 2012

This system supports payments, both single and recurring, to be made from bank accounts at banking institutions within the United States of America or by credit card to one of a group of merchants that have established SIP accounts. SIP provides web-based payment services to many merchant's clients and each merchant has a branded site that they administer where their clients can log on to make payments. Billing information can be uploaded into the system as well as payment information exported to a number of different external accounting systems, such as Caselle and CTxMS.

To insure the safety of banking and credit information used to make payments using this system, our security measures are based on, and designed to be in compliance with, the industry-standard Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We are also constantly updating and checking to make sure that the system remains secure. We strive to receive high grades from third-party analysis sites such as https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest to help ensure security as well as reassure customers.

The help system, while incomplete, is constantly being augmented and modified to better describe the system. If there is something you need help on and you can't find anything written about it or you believe the help to be in error, please let us know by emailing to support@instantpayments.com.
